Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket for our charity event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Purchase and Refunds

All ticket sales are final. As this is a charity event in support of Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice, we are unable to offer refunds unless the event is cancelled by the organizers.

2. Event Cancellation or Postponement

While every effort is made to ensure events are held as advertised, adverse weather or public safety concerns may result in rescheduling or cancellation. In such cases, we will post notifications on our social media pages.

3. Admission

A valid ticket (digital or printed) must be presented upon arrival. The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission for any reason deemed necessary for the safety and comfort of other guests.

4. Liability

Attendees participate at their own risk. The organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property, or for any personal injury sustained during the event.

5. Photography and Filming

By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes related to Christmas in Haworth.
